Vendors

Arizona Bluegrass is anticipating 1600 - 2000 visitors to the main stage over the three-day event, which includes extended evening hours for late shows on Friday and a dance on Saturday night. There will be overnight security for the concert and vending areas. We will post Vendor information on our website and in our program. We are limiting food vendors to six to make sure everyone sees enough traffic.

Note – The program cut-off date is January 8, 2027. Any registration after that

will not get on the program. 

Merchandise booths are 10’x10’. We will have about a foot extra between vendors. 

Food Truck Pad is 10’x40’

Here’s what we need to get you in the program:

• Product description
• Booth name

Vendor Rules

• Food Trucks are required to have a current Pinal County health certificate. They are also required to have a low noise generator that will be directed away from the stage area.
• All Vendors need to have an Apache Junction business license and state of AZ
• Access to the venue starts Friday Feb 5 at 9am for set up and need to be ready by 2pm
• Show start at 3pm and all vehicles must be parked in vendor parking by 2pm
• Removal of booths before the end of the festival is prohibited

Event Stage Schedule

• Friday 3pm to 8pm
• Saturday 10am to 6pm with a dance 7-9pm
• Sunday 10am to 4pm
