The Arizona Bluegrass Association (ABA) is a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving Bluegrass and traditional music styles through education for youth and adults, supporting festivals, concerts, workshops, and other events throughout the Southwest.
The Bluegrass Beacon is a monthly publication electronically distributed to our active members and is shared with re-lated associations throughout the country. The Arizona Bluegrass Association Facebook Group has over 1000 connect-ed enthusiasts.
The inaugural ABA Bluegrass Roundup was in 2023. That 3-day event drew approximately 3000 people. This year the event has been moved to the City of Apache Junction Rodeo Ground, nestled between scenic views of the majestic Superstition and Goldfield Mountain ranges.
Bluegrass enthusiasts include families and singles, young and old, and are typically outdoor enthusiasts. Most day attendees are from active adult communities in the Valley. There are many travelers from around the US, Canada and beyond attending festivals in the Southwest. They start to arrive Monday to spend a week camping before the festival and shop and dine in the local community.
We are committed to our community, offering free tickets to our Disabled Veterans, distributed through local Veteran service organizations. We plan to take Bluegrass education into the schools to give our youth a creative, healthy out-let. Many youth have turned their musical avocation into careers from such mentoring programs.
We are offering five specific sponsorship levels. Levels 1-4 includes a space for your booth to promote and sell your product. You’ll also receive event tickets, call outs from the stage of your company name, products and services, your logo displayed on a stage banner, and your company will be listed on our Facebook group page, Bluegrass Beacon and web-site including a link to your company.
We look forward to your sponsorship of this family friendly festival which will help us generate resources and relationships to continue our mission.
The benefits for you are many, the opportunities are real, and together great things are possible. Help us keep bluegrass growing in the desert!
