Campground & Festival Rules
Camping Rules
- Wrist bands must be worn at all times.
- Festival camping opens on Tuesday, January 27th at 9 AM. All campers must be out by noon on Monday, February 2nd, 2026.
- Campground speed limit is 5 mph, be courteous and safe with your fellow bluegrassers.
- There are no reserved campsites.
- Campers using a lot of open space may be asked to change their use or we may ask other campers to ‘fill in’ as needed.
- No parking in fire lanes.
- Secure your campsite and valuables. The ABA Roundup Festival is not responsible for lost items.
- Generator hours. Be courteous, do not run your generator before 8:00 AM or after 10:00 PM.
- No open fires – propane only.
- Dogs must be on a leash under owners control at all times.
- No overnight vehicles in the day parking area.
- Fireworks are prohibited.
- There are no quiet hours for acoustic music. Jamming is allowed during the entire festival.
- No RV tank dumping allowed.
- Campers are responsible for picking up after their pet’s call of nature.
- Campers are responsible for taking their own trash to the dumpster themselves.
- If you find a lost item, turn the item into the ABA Booth.
Festival Rules
- Wrist bands must be worn at all times.
- Avoid conversations in the seating area so everyone can enjoy the show.
- Festival chair rules. You can sit in any empty chair until the owner returns.
- Chairs can be left in the seating area at the owner’s risk.
- ABA is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Take care of your valuables.
- Found items may be turned in at the Volunteer Booth.
- Easy ups and umbrellas are allowed in designated areas.
- Well behaved dogs on leashes are welcome to sit in the pet seating area.
- Walk your pets for nature's call away from the seating and vendor area. Owners must clean up after their dogs
- Carry in small coolers, six pack size or less is allowed, and are subject to inspection.
- No Glass containers.
- No outside food allowed in the concert area.
- No weapons allowed in the concert area, purses and bags are subject to inspection.
- No Fireworks allowed anywhere on the festival and camping areas.
- In case of an emergency call 911, then contact the nearest volunteer or security person.
Additional Rules
- RVers grilling tasty steaks or succulent shrimp may need to have members of the ABA board partake to ensure quality cooking.
- Dogs should be discouraged from excessive cat or bluegrass fan chasing.
- Any Pizza deliveries should include an extra slice for your nearest ABA Board member.
- Out of tune jammers will be required to report to the Rodeo arena grounds to tune their instrument and repeat 50 times “Elephants And Donkeys Grow Big Ears”.
