- Attend a training zoom meeting with Jannie May to help coordinate the training
- Train and set up one volunteer per team (2 teams per shift) with WA and POS
- Train other team volunteer on how to keep track of wristbands, must keep wristband, hand out
- programs, tell them where to park, etc. Be the info person so the money/check in person can
- concentrate on just one thing.
- Help with traffic flow, help with any questions from teams.
- Put out fires
